Our mortar racks are precision built with high-quality materials.Using high quality lumber allows us to reduce the weight of the racks which lowers the shipping cost. All joints are secured with high quality, premium exterior wood glue. Staples hold the components together while the glue cures. We also ship in boxes sized to fit the product which reduces the amount of cardboard and packing material used.We're sure you'll be pleased with the precision, design, quality and workmanship!

Straight-Shooter™ mortar rack
Like the name implies, the Straight-Shooter mortar rack launches all the fireworks shells in the same direction. Each rack includes six DR11 12" long, 1.91" ID mortar tubes.

Spread-Out Mega™ rack
The Longacre Launchers Mega Rack is a purpose built 18 shot angled rack. 6 shots straight up and 6 on each side angled at 15 degrees.Although it is 10 lbs. lighter than a typical 18 shot rack and looks lightweight, it has been rigorously tested to extreme conditions.

Spread-Out Mega 24™ rack
The MEGA 24 rack is not meant to replace the other racks, it is to add another element to your show with 24 tubes in four rows of six. The rows are 14 degrees from each other for a total spread out of 42 degrees. That's 40% more spread then the original MEGA rack. Think of the impressive variety of finales you can create with an entire case of shells. The possibilities are nearly endless.

Spread-Out Mega 30™ rack
Yes, we managed to make the Mega rack even bigger! This beast has 30 – 12 inch HDPE DR11 tubes. This spread out rack has a solid angle cut base producing an epic 60 degree spread. As always, we kept the weight to a minimum to keep shipping cost down.
